How long will it take to ship my order?
Our products are made on order (most of the time), therefore shipping may take up to a few days depending on the amount of orders we currently have to fulfill at that time. Usually, orders are shipped within 48h. If the product is in stock, orders will be shipped on the same or following business day.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship internationally to most countries. If your country isn't listed at the checkout page, please contact us via email.

When will I receive my order?
Shipping transit times are shown at the checkout and depend on the service you choose. If the transit time is longer than advertised, you can reach out to your local postal service and provide them with the tracking number you were sent by email.

When will I receive my tracking number?
If you have selected a shipping method that provides a tracking number, it will be sent by email as soon as the shipping label has been created by our shipping team.

International shipping?
Please note that if you select "Canada Post Small Packet International Air" as your preferred shipping method, tracking information won't be available. This cost efficient service is still a valid option if you don't mind not being able to track your package down. Please note that we use this service as part of our occasional "free shipping promos". If you want to be able to follow your package, then select "Canada Post Tracked Packet International".
