Politique de remboursement

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and undamaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your purchase was made during a free shipping promotion, the original shipping cost credited on the order will be deducted from your refund.

Returns shipped from outside Canada must be sent using postal services. If you choose to use another carrier, you will be responsible for any brokerage or import fees. If these fees are not paid, the amount will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and undamaged. Proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
